What kind of photo did i expect from this assignment?
I knew going in it was a music event, so I figured that I would capture bands on stage, and of course with it being held in Market Square there would be a crowd.
what worked?
I really feel that I captured a great photo of this young lady. Her dress was also very beautiful. I also thought she had great emotion on her face.
what did not work?
She did have a little bit of a crowed watching in awe, and I failed to capture that.
what could have been better?
I should have used the five shot formula, and I don't think I allowed myself to really get out of my comfort zone!
Why was this not published, and why should it have been?
Perhaps The Mesquite didn't think the event was newsworthy, or again Ashley was overwhelmed with so many photos. I really think that it would have been a great photo for our website, we need a little entertainment news!
