1. What worked? The slow shutter speed worked, the timing of the lights, and the car passing by behind the people that are hugging add a nice romantic touch to the photo.
2. What didn't work? The fact that is was already dark, didn't do much justice to the photo since you have to take photos of the LED lights right after the sun goes down and it's not that dark.
3. What would you have done better? I would've shot earlier.
4. What did you learn? To shoot earlier.
